      The ceramic education of our customers is very important to us at American Ceramic Supply Co. and American Glass Supply Co. Helping our customers so they have a rewarding fired arts experience - what could be more important? Our customers know they can rely on us for trouble shooting with the products they purchase from us - kilns, wheels, glazes, bisque, clay, tools and so much more. For over 49 years, we have helped bring new people to the fired arts and aided them through our education processes and on-going technical and marketing support so they could grow in their art and in their businesses. Traditional dealers, potter’s, paint your own pottery studios, teachers and glass artists know that if they bought their kilns, glazes, bisque, glass and other supplies from us - that we are there for them in terms of trouble-shooting and helping them make a better product.

     Anyone who buys a kiln(s) from us - individual home based hobbyists, art educator or teachers, pyop studio owners, potters, glass artists, institutions and club members - our customer - that with the purchase of the kiln and upon its arrival, all you need do is e-mail to set up a time for us to walk you through prepping furniture kits, pushing buttons for test fires, checking cone results and giving you best firing schedules for best results. We want to talk to your contractors, architects and electricians, if necessary, so the wiring and venting are done correctly. We do this service as a added value courtesy for our kiln customers. And when there are problems, we know we have great back up from our kiln and color and bisque manufacturers - MORE support for our customers. Need pottery education?
